Alessandro is an ignorant and turbulent twenty-two-year-old living in the neighbourhood of Trastevere in Rome. Reluctantly he accepts a job to accompany Giorgio, an elegant eighty-five-year-old forgotten poet, who lives just a few steps away from him but whom he had never met, in his afternoon walks. With the passing of days, reminders of his remote past are progressively evoked from the old poet’s slightly lost mind: the hints of a real treasure hunt. Following them, the two will venture on a journey to discover that hidden wealth, and also the wealth concealed in their own heart.
